As soon as the Supreme Court delivers its verdict on the Affordable Care Act, broadcast and internet commentators will discuss the Court’s opinions 24 hours a day. If you want intelligent commentary on what the Court’s decision means for lawyers advising clients, the Life, Health and Disability Insurance Committee has a webcast for you! Health insurance law experts will address how the decision will affect health insurers, employers, and the average citizen. What must insurers and employers do and what can they do in offering health insurance to the public and to employees? The panel will help us consider the counsel we can provide our clients.
